1. Domestic Shipping Only

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Please note: Deliveries to the UK Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may incur longer transit times and additional surcharges (calculated at checkout).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable UK carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL) to offer the following options:

• Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £4.99 (Free on orders over £75)

• Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £7.99

• Next Working Day Delivery: £11.99 (Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Thursday).

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

• You will receive an email notification with a Tracking Number once your order has been shipped.

4. Oversized & Heavy Items

For exceptionally heavy or bulky items (such as saddles, feed, or large grooming trunks), alternative shipping rates may apply. The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed in your cart before you complete your purchase.
